天堂城扑克系列赛：媒体指南

Paradise City Poker Series (hereinafter referred to as “PPS”) warmly welcomes all media representatives (hereinafter referred to as “Media Representatives”) to its PPS Events (hereinafter referred to as “Events”) and will actively support all media-related requests as necessary.
The goal of PPS is to ensure smooth operations for poker players, the casino, staff, and all Media Representatives.
To help facilitate smooth event operations, please read and comply with the following Media Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as “Guidelines”).
Violation of these Guidelines may result in the revocation of media access privileges for the current or future events.
Submission of an online application for a Media Pass (hereinafter referred to as “Media Pass”) does not automatically guarantee approval. The application will only be valid upon receipt of a confirmation email from PPS specifying the approval status.
All Media Passes will be issued only after written approval from PPS, and PPS reserves the right to limit the number of passes issued to the same media organization.


1. Media Pass Application Requirements
a. Applicants for a Media Pass must meet all legal requirements for participation in the Event. This includes minimum age requirements and other regulations and restrictions under Korean law and casino rules.
Media Passes are issued only to journalists representing media organizations whose primary purpose is event reporting.
b. Media Passes are available only to employees or contracted journalists of officially recognized media organizations (such as poker media outlets, YouTubers, influencers, newspapers, magazines, bloggers, TV/radio broadcasters, and news agencies).
c. Media Passes will not be issued to non-editorial personnel participating for public relations or marketing purposes (e.g., PR agencies, advertising/marketing/sales agencies, or poker-related business companies).
d. Media Pass applications must be submitted via https://forms.gle/dTUi92Gsvcb1QA1h9. All required fields (name, affiliation, contact details, coverage plan, etc.) must be completed.
Do not finalize your travel arrangements until you receive an approval email.
Those without a Media Pass may enter the casino as general players with a passport and casino membership card but are strictly prohibited from any photography or filming.
e. New media or freelance journalists may be required to submit additional documents upon request for verification of their media credentials.
f. The number of Media Passes issued may be adjusted based on the size of the Event and venue capacity.
g. Media Passes are non-transferable. If personnel changes are necessary, please promptly contact https://www.pokerfors.com/ppsmediaqna.

2. Code of Conduct
a. Media Passes must always be worn visibly around the neck and presented upon request by staff or organizers.
b. Speaking in a language other than the official language of the Event during gameplay is prohibited.
c. To ensure respect for players and the integrity of the game, Media Representatives must adhere to the following rules:
• Do not approach players too closely during play.
• Do not look at or attempt to view hole cards (private cards) of players unrelated to your coverage or filming.
• Do not converse with players during hands.
• Do not touch chips or tables, or sit in empty seats.
• Do not comment on or react to players’ decisions.


3. Procedures Inside the Tournament Area
a. Do not interfere with the duties of Tournament Directors, floor staff, PPS staff, filming crews, or venue employees.
b. Follow all instructions given by staff members.
c. During chip bagging procedures, promptly exit the tournament area.
d. If asked to leave a specific area by staff or venue representatives, please cooperate politely.
e. Certain areas may be restricted during the later stages of the tournament. Separate media zones may be designated when necessary, but this cannot be guaranteed.
f. Filming equipment can be heavy and hazardous; please maintain a safe distance from broadcast crews.
g. If a specific camera angle is required, please consult the on-site producer or floor manager before making your request.


4. Photography Regulations
a. The official PPS photographer will take all official event photos.

b. Photography or video recording inside the casino and in front of the entrance area, excluding the tournament area, is strictly prohibited.
Violations will result in revocation of the Media Pass for the current and future Events. Always respect the privacy of non-participating guests.
c. Flash photography is prohibited during tournament play and at feature tables.


5. Video Recording Regulations
a. Photography or video recording in all areas except the tournament area is strictly prohibited.
Violations will result in immediate revocation of the Media Pass. The privacy of non-participating guests must be strictly respected.
b. Live streaming of PPS tournament tables (real-time broadcasting) is strictly prohibited.
However, streaming in general areas may be permitted only with prior written approval from https://www.pokerfors.com/ppsmediaqna.
c. Vlog filming is permitted only for players who have received prior written approval.
Cameras must not be positioned in locations that interfere with gameplay or infringe on the privacy of other players.
d. Filming outside tournament hours is not permitted under any circumstances.


6. Reporting Regulations
a. When reporting on Events, all Media Representatives must comply with trademark and branding policies regarding sponsor logos. For details, contact https://www.pokerfors.com/ppsmediaqna.
b. If there is a broadcast delay (cards-up delay), media coverage (live reports, blogs, SNS, etc.) must also reflect the same delay period.


7. Event Security Policy
All Media Representatives must comply with the Security Policy established by the casino.


8. Violations
a. Any violation of these Guidelines, or failure to comply with staff or venue representative instructions, will result in immediate confiscation of the Media Pass and potential restriction of entry to future Events.
